Announcements & Reminders
Composter
A Compost Tumbler has been added behind the Gatehouse. More information about compost from the Rutgers Extension Program is available and a cheat-sheet about what can and cannot be composted is available .
Parking
Please remember each unit has one assigned parking spot. Rules for changing assigned spots, use of Visitor spaces, and parking behind York House are outlined in the House Rules which are available with the Association Documents in the Homeowner-Only section.
Landscaping
Please consider volunteering for our Spring Planting day, May 6, 2023. Contact Jack Evans for more information!
Changes to the grounds, with limited exceptions, must be approved in advance by the Grounds Committee. The Grounds Change Form is available with the Association Documents under the Homeowner-Only Section.
Want to improve the grounds around your unit? One homeowner completed a landscape project and documented the process. Plans, pictures, and a summary of the work completed can be viewed . Another project is in the works behind Building 2; additional information will be provided shortly.
Trash and Recycling
Dumpsters are available through the community for household trash only. Contractors are expected to remove construction debris from the property at the end of each day. Please make sure cardboard boxes are broken down, and no oversized items are placed in the containers which prohibit the lids from closing completely. Large items, including furniture, are to be taken to the Township facility at 301 E Third St. Electronics and other items not accepted by Moorestown can be taken to the County facility at 22000 Burlington-Columbus Road, Florence, NJ 08518. The community is fined $115 per violation so your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

All work requests are to be submitted to the management company.
